Return Notification
- Shopharmattan will be notified of the return once the item is on its way back to us.
Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned items, Shopharmattan will process a refund for the amount of your order, minus the cost of returpine the items and the original shipping fee.
Order Tracking
- Notification: DHL will contact you via SMS and/or email with the expected delivery date.
- ODD Availability: If ODD is available in your area, the notification will include a link to the ODD site.
- Tracking Information: Use the tracking (shipment waybill) number provided in the SMS and/or email.

Shipping returns
